Adventure in New Zealand

New Zealand is one of the world’s best destination for adventure. You can experience everything from white water river rafting to skydiving. For those seeking a thrill, we have the perfect suggestions for you!

Skydive at Skydive Abel Tasman

Skydive  Abel Tasman is one of New Zealand’s Highest Skydives and can accommodate any level skydiver and the price is very reasonable. Just $50 at 6,500ft. The jump is amazing and the scenery is breathtaking. A 20-minute flight takes you over Abel Tasman National Park, some beautiful snow-capped mountains, gorgeous stretches of beach and you get an amazing ocean view while you soar  to 16,500ft above land.

The best way to capture the moment is to hire one of their cameramen to take photos and shoot video. 80-seconds of free fall allows for a lot of camera play. The scenery on the way down is outstanding with views of both the North and South Island.

Skydive Abel Tasman is by far the best jump I have ever done and I look forward to the challenge of topping it.

If you or your travel partner have never been skydiving, Skydive Abel Tasman has an excellent training facility.  If this is not your first skydive, don’t forget your logbook and license information as it is required to jump.

Bungy Jump in Queenstown
AJ Hacket, Nevis Bungy Jump is the world’s best known Bungy Jump and Queenstown’s only Tandem Bungy Jump – so it’s only natural we would try it and getting there is all part of the thrill. The 40 minute drive from Queenstown takes you to a steep and winding access road. The journey then follows a private mountain access road where making one wrong turn could mean a plunge off the edge. To make the jump more terrifying (or thrilling), you have to take a cable car out to the center of the gorge where you jump from another cable car dangling high above the river below.

Your guide will clip you into the tiny moving box as you make your way out to the jumping platform. When you arrive, the music pumps loudly as you walk over the transparent floor showing the valley below. You are then propped onto a transparent shelf.  You sit on a bench staring into the abyss below while they strap your legs. Now, you’re ready for the jump!

For adrenaline junkies and thrill seekers, this is a must do for anyone traveling through Queenstown on the South Island.

The cost to jump is $260 NZ. You can book the Swing and the Jump for $395 NZ.
